A bank professional with nearly three decades of experience in item and data processing, bank operations, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and IT solutions, Bob Lucchetti brings a broad range of skills to Cornerstone Advisors. As a senior consultant with the firm, Bob is responsible for helping community banks assess their technology needs, find the right solutions, and implement them successfully.  

Over the course of his career, Bob has assisted existing and de novo banks with a variety of consulting and implementation services. He has led 13 item processing conversions ranging from internal systems to bank acquisitions as large as $1 billion in assets.   

Before joining Cornerstone, Bob was a senior consultant with BankSmart, a consulting firm specializing in bank operations, vendor selection, project management solutions, and payments. Before that, he held leadership positions at two Florida community banks.  

Bob attended Edison Community College and graduated from the Florida School of Banking.
