Kristina Schmid has a rich history of leadership in the financial services industry, with specialization in software implementations, system conversions, and SaaS fintech solutions. She brings to Cornerstone Advisors’ Technology Solutions practice the unique perspective of having served on countless system conversions during her career in banking. She is also highly skilled in project management, analytic research, and financial modeling.

Before joining Cornerstone, Kristina was most recently a senior Agile project manager with a real estate software firm. Before that, she was an implementation project manager and analyst at a company providing investment accounting services. She has also served in retail and commercial banking roles for numerous banks.

Kristina holds a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from Oakland University in Rochester, Mich.
