Roche has led organizational assessments and process redesign engagements and evaluated corporate and functional job titles and incentive plans. He also works with boards on governance issues. A frequent conference speaker and banking-school instructor, Roche has taught for industry organizations and served on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking and the CUES Management Institute.
