Terence Roche is a founding partner of Cornerstone Advisors with 40 years of experience in bank operations and consulting. He has directly managed more than 50 system selection processes and written numerous technology plans. Roche has led organizational assessments and process redesign engagements and evaluated corporate and functional job titles and incentive plans. He also works with boards on governance issues. A frequent conference speaker and banking-school instructor, Roche has taught for industry organizations and served on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking and the CUES Management Institute. He contributes to the Cornerstone Performance Report and GonzoBanker and has been published in American Banker, BAI Banking Strategies, Bank Technology News, Independent Banker, and CU Management.
