Jearil Crawford is an accomplished financial services executive who brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to his role as director in Cornerstone Advisors’ Strategy and Execution practice. His expertise spans long-term strategic planning, process optimization, project management, sales and relationship management, service culture, leadership development, profitability, contract negotiation, risk management, and cost control.

Over the course of his career, Jearil held senior strategic leadership and operations roles for numerous large-asset credit unions. He has served as an advisor for a firm to empower credit unions through actionable data and collaboration. He also started a company designed to help clients become financially literate.

Jearil has a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Fla. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Graduate School of Banking, completed Disruptive Strategy & Sustainable Business Strategy Programs at Harvard Business School Online, and is working toward a master’s degree in Finance.
