Chris Dell specializes in helping financial institutions use strategically crafted measurements to drive improved efficiency, performance, and revenue. As a consultant, Chris applies his deep analytics and bank operations expertise to support Cornerstone Advisors’ Benchmarking and Process Improvement engagements, primarily through its Performance Vault solution, a proprietary database that presents banks and credit unions with customizable opportunities to become high-performing organizations.

Before joining Cornerstone, Chris was a business and technology officer at a national charity organization.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in information technology from the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNC Greensboro, Greensboro, N.C.
