Technology and Business Needs Assessment and Roadmap (TechMap™)

An unbiased assessment of your technology vendors, products, spending and delivery with actionable improvement recommendations.

Our modular TechMap™ provides an independent bank or credit union technology assessment across seven technology focus areas.

We can tailor an approach to include any or all of the modules to meet your needs and budget, but we are always looking for the gaps between your current environment (vendors, applications, service delivery, etc.) and your target environment. We then make actionable recommendations to bridge those gaps and to establish a roadmap with priorities, timing and phasing.

If we are assessing vendors and applications, we will document whether to keep, improve the use of, or evaluate replacing each of the Bank’s major applications, which contracts should be renegotiated at more advantageous pricing, and how to better leverage the Bank’s technology investments to help reengineer critical processes throughout the organization.

And if we are evaluating governance, we will deliver our governance toolkit with tools for vendor management, project prioritization and approval, business case templates, etc.
