Ryan Brogan
Managing Director
Ryan is a Managing Director and leads Cornerstone’s Client Experience (CX) & Strategy practice.
Since joining the firm in 2010, Ryan has partnered with many of the top community banks and credit unions in the country on a wide range of efforts spanning strategy formulation and implementation, organizational design, and client experience optimization.
Ryan formerly led Cornerstone’s Performance practice where he focused on improving efficiency and operational performance and leveraging benchmarking data to drive better business decisions.
Ryan is an experienced facilitator as well as a frequent writer and speaker. He has been quoted in numerous industry publications including Independent Banker and CU Management and GonzoBanker.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Arizona State University. He lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and two children.
