
Clio Silman
Managing Director
Clio Silman puts her expertise in system implementations and M&A system and process integration to work in her role as an Implementation Practice leader at Cornerstone Advisors. A positive change agent for culture and sustainable success, Clio brings to Cornerstone a proven track record of driving growth and transforming organizations through operational excellence and strong teams. Since joining Cornerstone, she has led the Implementation Practice through significant expansion, growing the department significantly and overseeing more than 85 successful implementations.
Before joining Cornerstone, Clio spent a decade with MB Financial, where she built and led the business transformation program. She later served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Analytics, playing a key role in aligning corporate performance with stakeholder expectations. Before MB Financial, she served as Director of Operations and Technology at Cole Taylor Bank.
Clio spent a decade with Bank of America and LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO, where she held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of the LaSalle Transition Program Office. In that role, she led the systems integration efforts following Bank of America’s acquisition of LaSalle Bank, one of the most complex and high-stakes transitions in the bank’s history. She also served as the North American Project Manager for the global ABN AMRO finance transformation. Prior to Bank of America/LaSalle, Clio spent a decade with Citizens Financial Group in a number of leadership roles, including M&A.
Clio holds an MBA in Management from Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I., and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Providence College in Providence, R.I. In addition to her professional achievements, Clio actively gives back through her volunteer leadership role with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where she supports initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for blood cancer patients and families.
