Samantha Ricciuti is a Senior Consultant in the Negotiations capability at Cornerstone Advisors, where she advises financial institutions on contract negotiations, vendor relationships, and complex commercial engagements. She brings expertise in commercial strategy, contract negotiations, vendor management, and technology transformation.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Samantha was part of PwC's Financial Services practice in London, where she advised banking and capital markets clients on technology-enabled transformation initiatives. As a Commercial & Pricing Lead, she directed contract and commercial strategy for more than $200 million in managed service pursuits and helped develop scalable commercial frameworks to improve delivery and client outcomes.
Samantha holds a Master of Science in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication Studies from Saint Mary's College.
