Lindsay Hooks is a director in the Payments and Contract Negotiations practice at Cornerstone Advisors. She is a Cornerstone's Payments School facilitator and employs her expertise to ensure Cornerstone clients gain consistently successful outcomes in their system selections, negotiations, and implementations.

Lindsay has led cross-functional teams in retail branches, card implementations, and core conversions for more than 14 years. Before joining Cornerstone, she was a principal implementation consultant at FIS, where she managed implementation projects with a concentration in EFT and ATM solutions and EMV issuing compliance for top-tier financial institutions. She started her banking career at Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati in a Retail Banking Program.

Lindsay has a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Mich.
