Elizabeth Flynn-Rand brings more than 30 years of bank and credit union management and consulting experience to Cornerstone Advisors. Over the course of her career, she has held executive management positions in retail, operations, contact center, lending, I.T., and facilities areas.  

Elizabeth has managed numerous systems selections and transformations, non-interest income evaluations, debit card network profitability analyses, risk assessments, and process improvement analysis projects. 

As a financial institution executive, Elizabeth spearheaded operational efficiency studies, eliminating unnecessary paperwork, implementing better usage of existing software systems, streamlining tasks, and reducing staff through attrition. She has led several system assessments to determine the best systems for the organizations and then managed to test and implement/convert them.  

Elizabeth worked with architects, contractors, and vendors to design, construct and open eight new bank branches. She also managed the creation of organization-wide policies and plans and received the highest rating from internal and external auditors on all departmental audits.  

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Potsdam College, Potsdam, N.Y.
