Andrew Richardson is a consultant on Cornerstone Advisors' Planning & Analysis team, where he helps financial institutions strengthen strategy, improve long-term planning, and identify opportunities for growth through data-driven analysis and industry research.
Before joining Cornerstone full-time, Andrew completed an internship with the firm supporting strategic research and financial modeling initiatives. He also gained experience in corporate finance, contributing to ERP modernization, cost analysis, and pricing strategy projects.
Andrew is passionate about helping financial institutions navigate change, make informed decisions, and achieve sustainable growth. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, graduating magna cum laude.
