Tina Coelho brings to Cornerstone Advisors a strong background in project management, process improvement, risk management and team building. She is skilled in evaluating and managing all aspects of complex data processing system implementations and conversions for core and ancillary systems, including project-related risks, vendor requirements, data center environment, data conversion, training, acceptance testing, mock conversion and go-live. A consummate team player, Tina works as comfortably with C-suite executives as she does with team members from all lines of business.
Before joining Cornerstone, Tina was a project management consultant with Next Step International. Prior to Next Step, she held key roles in different financial institutions, including roles in branch administration, marketing, deposit operations, consumer lending and PMO departments.
Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from Rutgers University, Newark, N.J., and is a certified Project Management Professional.
