Before joining Cornerstone, Mazen held senior executive and board roles at West Monroe Partners, a high-growth business and technology consulting firm, where he led both organic and inorganic growth strategies that exceeded value creation expectations.
Mazen is a seasoned builder and operator of technology and customer experience teams, with a track record of building capabilities across Customer Experience Strategy & Design, Digital Product Development, Enterprise & Cloud Platforms, Data & Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Throughout his career, Mazen has advised clients on their most complex business and technology challenges across industries including Financial Services (Private Equity, Banking, and Insurance), Energy & Utilities, High Tech & Software, and Healthcare.
Deeply committed to social impact, Mazen serves on the board of the Ray Graham Association, an organization supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
