Mazen Ghalayini serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at Cornerstone Advisors, where he leads the firm's strategy, growth, culture, and long-term value creation. 

A transformational leader with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling professional and technology services organizations, Mazen is known for developing high-performing leadership teams, driving sustained growth through operational excellence, and creating measurable value for clients, employees, and investors, particularly within private equity-backed environments.

Before joining Cornerstone, Mazen held senior executive and board leadership roles at West Monroe, a high-growth business and technology consulting firm, where he helped lead both organic and inorganic growth strategies that consistently exceeded value creation objectives.

Throughout his career, Mazen has advised executive teams and boards on their most complex business and technology challenges across industries including Financial Services (Private Equity, Banking, and Insurance), Energy & Utilities, High Tech & Software, and Healthcare.

Deeply committed to social impact, Mazen serves on the Board of Directors of Ray Graham Association, an organization dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A global citizen at heart, he has traveled to nearly 50 countries, experiences that continue to shape his leadership perspective and global outlook.

Mazen earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
