He has a proven track record of building high‑performing finance functions and partnering with executive teams to drive growth, improve margins, and support strategic decision‑making. His approach combines rigorous financial discipline with a practical understanding of how professional services firms operate and scale.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Korhan served as Chief Financial Officer at EisnerAmper, where he helped guide the firm through a period of significant growth and increasing organizational complexity. Previously, he was CFO and COO at True Talent Advisory and CFO at The Chartis Group, supporting each organization through critical phases of expansion and transformation. Earlier in his career, Korhan held senior leadership roles at Heidrick & Struggles and Grant Thornton, where he developed deep expertise in financial planning, strategic analysis, and business operations.
Korhan holds an MBA in International Business from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Northern Michigan University.
