Kevin Eskew is Chief Operating Officer at Cornerstone Advisors, where he oversees the firm’s execution engine, translating strategy into disciplined delivery, scalable growth, and sustained margin performance. In this role, Kevin is responsible for delivery operations and client execution quality; the end-to-end talent system; operational enablement; marketing execution; and the firm’s operating cadence, metrics, and margin discipline. His focus is on ensuring that Cornerstone’s growth scales predictably without operational fragility or margin erosion.
Kevin brings a long track record of success in financial leadership, operational improvement, and corporate integration within high-growth professional services firms. Throughout his career, he has led complex initiatives to strengthen financial operations, modernize IT systems, standardize delivery models, and improve internal processes, all in service of better client outcomes and stronger firm economics.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Kevin was with Ankura Consulting Group, where he partnered closely with the CFO on firmwide operational improvement efforts and played a key role in integrating acquired businesses. Before Ankura, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Aegis Consulting and previously held practice leadership roles at Dentons US.
Kevin has an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind., and a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind.
