Katie Feldman is VP, Associate General Counsel at Cornerstone Advisors, bringing 16 years of experience as an in-house attorney in the business and technology consulting industry. She specializes in complex commercial agreements, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and legal strategy, with a pragmatic approach focused on balancing business objectives with legal and regulatory considerations.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Katie served as Director & Senior Counsel at West Monroe, where she led the review and negotiation of commercial agreements across financial services, healthcare, utilities, and private equity. She advised executive leadership on legal, contracting, privacy, and compliance matters, managed and mentored an international contracts team, and supported legal integration efforts for acquisitions. Katie also brings experience driving contracting process improvements and adopting AI-enabled legal solutions to improve efficiency and scale.
Katie earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and her law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago
