His journey into the world of banking began with a summer internship at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where he worked as an Economic Empowerment Intern, honing his analytical skills and creating impactful results. This experience paved the way for his role as a Consulting Intern at Cornerstone Advisors, where he gained firsthand knowledge of commercial lending and developed a deep understanding of the financial challenges faced by clients.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Data Science and Sociology, concentrating in Global Economics, Organizations, and Work from the University of Virginia, Joseph applies his academic background to deliver strategic insights and innovative solutions. His ability to blend data science with an understanding of organizational dynamics allows him to provide clients with customized approaches that drive growth and operational efficiency in their commercial lending portfolios.
