Hattie Rothschild

Hattie Rothschild serves as Chief of Staff at Cornerstone Advisors, bringing experience in strategic planning, business management, and organizational performance within the consulting industry. She specializes in aligning business priorities, supporting executive leadership, and driving strategic initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Hattie spent twelve years at West Monroe, where she began her career as a client-facing consultant, helping organizations develop customer strategies and implement contact center solutions. Some of her time as a consultant was focused in the banking industry.

She later transitioned into a core operational role supporting practice leadership, focusing on financial planning, performance measurement, and strategic execution. Her experience also includes talent development, recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives that foster team growth and collaboration.

Hattie holds a degree in Business from Indiana University Bloomington. She brings a collaborative, results-driven approach to helping leadership teams turn strategic priorities into meaningful outcomes.
