Deborah Foley 

Director

Deborah Foley is a Director at Cornerstone Advisors, bringing more than 30 years of financial services experience and deep expertise in retail strategy, organizational transformation, digital delivery, branch and contact center operations, business development, and sales and service.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Deborah spent eight years at Insight Credit Union, most recently as Chief Retail Officer, where she led the credit union’s branch and contact center networks, digital delivery, business development, and sales and service strategy. She previously spent 18 years at Space Coast Credit Union, ultimately serving as Vice President of Sales and Service.

Having led transformation from inside financial institutions, Deborah brings an operator’s perspective to helping banks and credit unions rethink how their digital and physical channels work together to improve experiences, strengthen performance, and support growth.

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
