Reporting to the CEO, Andrea ensures that technology, data, and cybersecurity are treated as strategic assets that enable growth, scalability, and operational excellence across the enterprise.
A strategic technology leader with deep experience across professional services environments, Andrea is known for building scalable enterprise platforms, establishing strong governance and standards, and enabling disciplined execution as organizations grow and evolve. Her leadership focuses on maturing enterprise architecture, core platforms, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and technology risk management, while ensuring seamless integration and value realization across mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Cornerstone, Andrea held senior management roles in information technology, service management, and business process management, where she led large-scale transformation, process improvement, and technology modernization initiatives.
Andrea is an experienced builder and operator of enterprise technology and data capabilities, with a track record spanning enterprise architecture, service management, data platforms, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. She is a graduate of Arizona State University and the University of Colorado and holds certifications as an ITIL Expert, Business Process Professional, and Project Manager.
