Shannon is a project management specialist with experience designing and delivering versatile marketing strategies geared toward business development and customer retention and membership growth.  In her last role at Smiths Detection as Global Service and Channel Marketing Manger she designed an online sales and marketing library increasing channel partner engagement from 12% to 56%.

Shannon has a MBA from Westminster College, Salt Lake City, UT and a Master’s degree in Education from Arizona State University.  Shannon also has a PMP certification, has a Lean Sigma Green Belt and a certification in HubSpot Inbound Marketing.
