Shannon Crandall is a project management specialist with experience designing and delivering versatile marketing strategies geared toward business development and customer retention and membership growth.

Before joining Cornerstone Advisors, Shannon was a channel marketing manager at Smiths Detection Global Service where she designed an online sales and marketing library that increased channel partner engagement from 12% to 56%.

Shannon has an MBA from Westminster College, Salt Lake City, Utah, and a Master’s degree in Education from Arizona State University, Tempe, Ariz. She also has a PMP certification, a Lean Sigma Green Belt and a certification in HubSpot Inbound Marketing.
