As a senior director in the Strategy and Execution practice at Cornerstone Advisors, Joe Ganzelli puts more than 30 years of experience to work helping financial services firms identify and realize process efficiencies and enterprise-wide revenue accretive strategies. He is also expert at evaluating and implementing commercial and small business loan origination systems.

Before Cornerstone, Joe served in a variety of deposit, lending and credit capacities at a Northeast community bank that, via several acquisitions, grew to a regional, super regional and finally top 10 national bank. He also held consulting roles with AFS, Fiserv and KPMG, managing commercial loan origination and process efficiency engagements for financial institutions nationally.

Joe has been published in GonzoBanker, Cornerstone’s blog, and The RMA Journal. He facilitates Cornerstone Executive Roundtables for chief lending and chief financial officers, was a repeat Fiserv National Conference speaker and authored Fiserv articles on commercial and small business lending best practices.

Joe earned two undergraduate degrees from Penn State University and a master’s degree from Widener University in Chester, Penn. He holds CompTIA Project+, nCino Partner and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
