Solutions Operations Manager
Edwin Mesones brings a wealth of financial services, performance, and process improvement expertise to Cornerstone Advisors, where he manages complex operations in the firm’s Contract Negotiations and Payments practice areas. In his role as solutions operations manager, Edwin works closely with consultants and members of the executive team to ensure consistently efficient scheduling, tracking, budgeting, and reporting across the departments’ numerous and varied client engagements.
Before joining Cornerstone, Edwin was most recently an operations manager at Merrill Edge, a Bank of America company, where he piloted teams that assisted in-branch financial advisors serving high net worth clients. While there, he managed more than 20 associates with direct level KPIs, process efficiencies, and reporting analytics. His field support team rated No. 1 in call performance and quality. Prior to Merrill Edge, Edwin was a bilingual account administrator for Global Card Services at American Express.
Edwin has a bachelor’s degree in business communications from Arizona State University, Tempe, Ariz., and is working toward a master’s degree in finance from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo.
