We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to work at our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will work with a talented team of analyst, consultants, and directors in the Technology Solutions Group providing project support for client engagements. The incumbent must have excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully work with all levels of the organization.

Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with the Project Manager to prepare action plans, SOW including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. The position will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high-quality standards.
