Apply at Cornerstone Advisors and spend the winter in gorgeous Scottsdale, AZ (Phoenix metro area). Cornerstone Advisors is a national management consulting firm offering a wide range of consulting services to meet the needs of regional and mid-size banks and credit unions throughout the country.

We are looking for Bachelor undergraduate (rising senior) or Master’s graduate (rising 2nd year if MBA program) students in business-related fields: BS, BA, MBA, Finance, Economics, Business or other related degrees with a business and/or quantitative focus who have exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills and a GPA above of 3.4. What You’ll Do

Consultant Interns join one of our practices for a competitive 8-week paid internship where you’ll learn about the banking industry, what it’s like to be a management consultant, and work on client projects that will challenge you. Our interns get hands-on experience solving complex business problems for our clients. You’ll make new connections, potentially travel, and sharpen the skills you need to succeed in your future career. Plus, the work you do will prepare you for a career in consulting. A typical employee spends 8+ hours a day at work. We think you should spend that time doing something you love – not just earning a paycheck.

At Cornerstone, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with senior executives, get paired with a formal mentor and attend company sponsored knowledge shares and group activities. In your day-to-day work, you’ll learn how employees collaborate to serve all our stakeholders. Your internship performance may even lead to a full-time offer upon your graduation.

At Cornerstone we value making sure our employees feel welcome and supported at work, while challenging you to develop personally and professionally. While working here, you’ll be empowered with the tools you need to succeed in your role and grow your career.
