Cornerstone Advisors is a national management and technology consulting firm offering a wide range of consulting services to meet the needs of the banking and credit union industries. We are seeking an experienced Solutions Operations Manager to work with our Contracts Solutions team located in our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ.
The role calls for a strong team player who brings a unique combination of skills and attributes to the table with a clear focus on revenue growth and cutting-edge sales and marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will have broad organizational responsibility and will be tasked to deliver organizational insight on our business model of the future who can effectively work with stakeholders at levels of the organization.

You must have banking and professional service delivery expertise in both traditional and digital space and have had significant success at top line revenue generation/growth

Following are some of the key elements and deliverables of the assignment:

  • Create, define and execute the marketing vision and growth strategy that are aligned with our key strategic initiatives, and ensure the strategy and execution are consistently tied to our business goals, brand vision, value proposition and most importantly our client needs.
  • Manage, execute and report on marketing calendar in support of marketing vision and growth strategy.
  • Influence product strategy and the way we bring products to market; combining research, positioning, and messaging to maximize adoption. Ensure all content is developed and executed to support revenue objectives and cohesive to the brands and products.
  • Partner with executive leadership team to create marketing solutions and strategies for client solutions leaders. Assure these creative solutions and strategies are achieving necessary targets and will result in growth objectives.
  • Oversee the ideation, development and execution of initiatives such as events, and collaborations with our clients and influencers to increase brand awareness and brand equity segments online and offline.
  • Copywriting duties to include writing original copy for ads and social networks, edit and fact-check pieces of content generated by colleagues, ghostwriting articles, preparing and publishing articles that describe our company’s service offering, develop sales banners and brochures.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all relevant market intelligence (market conditions, industry trends, data analytics,) that contribute to the organization’s growth, awareness and community reputation across the system, operating units, and affiliates. Utilizing gathered market intelligence develop and execute on campaigns to achieve identified goals.
  • Direct the social media and branding strategy; prioritize based on Return on Investment (ROI) and importance to the brand; oversee the generation of new ideas and programs. Monitor and report on ROI and KPIs.
  • Create digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and webinars) and execute end-to-end digital projects.
  • Coordinate with finance group to process invoices for sponsorships, events, advertising, etc.
  • Responsible for the digital marketing experience, including managing search engine marketing and optimization, and social media campaigns.
  • Will develop, manage and utilize all analytics and platforms to execute marketing initiatives.
