THE COST:The Roundtable Registration Fee is $850. $750-$850 for shared expenses, which includes facility, food and beverage, and AV costs, will be charged after the conference against the credit card used for Roundtable Registration. We negotiated a great rate for accommodations at the world-famous Royal Palms Resort - your room at this beautiful resort is just $199 per night.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION: Reservations will be guaranteed to registrant's credit card, and a deposit equal to one night's room charge, plus 12.5 percent in total hotel tax, will be charged seven days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within the seven-day window, and no-shows, will forfeit the deposit amount.
