IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION: Reservations will be guaranteed to registrant's credit card, and a deposit equal to one night's room charge, plus 12.5 percent in total hotel tax, will be charged seven days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within the seven-day window, and no-shows, will forfeit the deposit amount.
