Bank Forums

Twice each year, Cornerstone and SCB Forums jointly conduct forums for Operations and Technology Executives of non-competing SuperCommunity banks ($1-$20 billion in assets) to candidly share experiences, best practices, problem solving and opinions. Forum discussions are facilitated by industry experts from Cornerstone Advisors and Anat Bird of SCB Forums.

The Forum agendas focus on issues of interest as identified by forum members. This unique format has met with great success, and Forum members will tell you that the return on their investment of time and money has been tremendous.

The Forums are set in a resort-style venue with breaks for golf/other activities, as well as nice dinners that encourage casual interaction. Spouses are always welcome. Seats at the Forums fill fast, so register early to take advantage of this opportunity to network your mid-size bank peers on top-of-mind issues. In the past, forum members have delved into topics such as fostering and funding innovation, project portfolio management and staffing metrics. Two of the topics slated for discussion at the fall forum are: Technology Strategic Planning & Its Integration into the Bank’s Plan and MIS Reporting for IT Management.

The fall CIO Forum is scheduled for October 2 – 4, 2008 at the Westin Diplomat, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
