Senior Consultants

We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes:

• A minimum of five years experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a broad knowledge of all functions
• A deep operating knowledge in at least one major bank function (e.g., lending, operations, retail delivery)
• Creative and independent thinker
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Ability to work without extensive supervision or direction
• Ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Experience managing technology implementations and process improvement projects, preferably with some systems conversion experience
• Four-year college degree

These positions will be based out of our Scottsdale headquarters office and require approximately 40% travel.
