Kathleen Niswander puts her strong software implementation and process improvement background to work at Cornerstone, where she is responsible for Enterprise Content Management projects including implementation of recommended processes/workflows, benchmarking, process services and system selection.
Before joining Cornerstone, Kathleen was the Director of Imaging and Workflow for a mortgage insurance company, where she created, implemented and supported an OnBase imaging and workflow solution that supported more than 15 business departments and integrated with more than four additional systems. Prior to that, she was on the Learning and Development team where she created and delivered training to the business on new processes and systems. As an extension of this role, she participated in process improvements, technical requirements and system support.
Kathleen is an OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator (OCASA) and OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA). She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and her Master of Arts, Individualized Liberal and Professional Studies from Antioch University McGregor in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
