Daryl Jones

Daryl Jones puts his strong project management and process improvement background to work at Cornerstone, where he is responsible for overseeing various business process improvements, system selection, and benchmarking projects. Daryl also has a very active role in managing the annual Cornerstone Report which compiles hundreds of benchmarking metrics in collaboration with banks and credit unions from across the country.
Before joining Cornerstone, Daryl was a project manager for a large Midwestern bank, where he created and implemented a Continuous Process Improvement Unit. He led a project with the bank’s Business Intelligence Team to implement Staffing Model Dashboards across 63 banking centers. Prior to that, Daryl served as Project Analyst and then Project Administrator with a leading national institution specializing in student loans. He started his financial services career as a Service Associate at a mid-size bank, where he was ultimately promoted to Branch Operations Officer. Daryl is a certified Project Management Professional and holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt Certification. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University in Indianapolis, Ind.
